Meeting Rooms and Offices
Whether you’re looking to have a board meeting, a team away day, or some temporary, project-specific office spaces, there are plenty of rooms across Garsington Studios that will suit your purpose. Each of our spaces are highly adaptable and can be set-up bespoke for your event.
Barker Room
The Barker Room is a multi-purpose space boasting some of the best views out across the rolling Chilterns hills and surrounding ancient woodland. Generally set for meetings of up to 23 people, the Barker Room has a large mobile screen, with in-built remote meeting functionalities and excellent connectivity. Though often used for meetings or read-throughs, the space also has acoustic paneling and is also appropriate for rehearsals both musical and otherwise. The Barker Room has close access to a nearby kitchenette, as well as its own private, South facing balcony.
David Laing & Vernon Ellis Rooms
The David Laing & Vernon Ellis Rooms are quiet, private, multi-purpose office / meeting spaces that, though smaller than the Barker Room, can be set up for a maximum of 15 people each (depending on furniture configuration). The rooms are connected by a cable run, as well as having a cable run into the adjoining Kia Ora studio. Each room has a large, permanent screen with network connection direct into the studios if used as an ancillary space, or with full connectivity to multiple laptop compatibilities. Whether used as a production office, a breakout room for a conference, or as a private meeting room, either of these spaces can be arranged to fit your needs.
Pell Room
The Pell Room, most often set appropriate for a meeting, has a large moveable screen unit but can be hired either as an empty space or with a piano included. The room has been acoustically optimised with angled walls and panels, as well as being bathed in natural light from the windows out to the surrounding woodland. Suitable for groups sized between 1-10 in number.
