Experience the world premiere of a compelling new opera, Exodus. Composed by Ivor Novello Award nominee John Barber, with a libretto by Jude Christian, this production brings together professional soloists and musicians with more than 200 performers from our Adult, Youth and Infant Companies.
Inspired by Julie Bertagna’s acclaimed novel, Exodus takes us to the end of this century, with a dystopian world ravaged by the devastating impact of global warming. At its heart lies a gripping tale of survival, hope and human courage where a voyage to find safety leads to an extraordinary new world.
