The relationship between Garsington Opera and our supporters is fundamental to ensuring the quality of our work and the magical experience of opera at Wormsley. In memory of David Suratgar
We are sad to learn that David Suratgar passed away on 17th July 2024 aged 85. David was a founder member of the Board of Garsington Opera and was a driving force in setting up the opera company with Leonard Ingrams in 1989, and has been a loyal supporter ever since. David’s family have kindly indicated that any donations in his memory, if desired, may be made to Garsington Opera.
