Studios
Our three studio spaces offer highly-adaptable spaces that can be fine tuned to suit whatever event or purpose is put in them. Each studio boasts its own unique features from a sprung dance floor in the Terrévent to 240 capacity bleacher seating in the Kia Ora, giving each space its own unique character as well as making them specifically suited for a wide range of uses. From rehearsals or recordings through filming and photography to meetings and conferences, one of our studios will be the perfect fit for your project. Kia Ora Studio
A triple height studio with highly adaptable acoustics, light and airy with blackout functionalities, bleacher seating for up to 240, and direct access to the loading dock. This studio sits at 3,714.6 sq. ft. with rigging beams and roof trusses, as well as cable runs both externally and internally to the building with smaller adjoining rooms that can be set up for recording desks, used as green rooms, or used however is needed.
Lady Stringer Studio
The Lady Stringer Studio is a 3,714.6 sq. ft., triple height studio space with highly adaptable acoustics and is our recommended studio for recordings. The studio has lots of natural light with blackout functionalities as well as direct access to the loading dock. With rigging beams and roof trusses, as well as cable runs both externally and internally to the building with adjoining ancillary spaces that can be set up for control rooms, this studio can be adapted to suit whatever you need.
Terrévent Studio
This is our sprung-floor studio with a mirror running the length of one wall. This studio sits at 1,722 sq. ft. and has direct access to the loading dock as well as including cable runs and load-bearing channels within the ceiling for any rigging needs.
